Battle of the Bread

Ron has been trying to make the perfect loaf of bread for a couple weeks now. It's become an obbsession. He's been talking to bread makers at church, and with Nicole checking the fineness of the ground wheat and every thing so I decided to make a loaf with him. I put mine in the window to rise, It kept falling off so just decided to put it in the pan to rise.Ron read a book on bread making in Utah, so warmed the water in the bottom bowl, and kept it at the same temp through out the rising process. He punched it down rewarmed the water and let it rise again. then we put both loaves in the oven to bake. The funny thing is both loaves turned out good. One difference is that we used 1/2 wheat flour 1/2 white that has always been my key. They were so yummy forgot to get an after pic. But Ron is not completely satisfied, he still strives to make the perfect loaf aof wheat bread so tune in for the continued bake- a- thon
