weekend of sun

Well last week I experienced the flu. Yes, for most of the week and Ron was so sweet. I feel very guilty as I'm a firm believer that you are allowed to be sick for 1day. This means That's it for me for several years. Frankly that'd be good.

Anyway so lets say I was really looking forward to a bit of fun on the weekend. Friday Ron had the day off and spent it getting his 74 Duster back in running condition. Needed to have the gas tank cleaned and resealed, and a new starter. Anyway now its all better and being used again. Also he got to work in his garden. All the plants are in and looks good. Gonna try to add a picture so you can see how good his garden grows.

This brings me to Sat. And the sunny day had motorcycle written all over it. So we started the day doing some errands in Cedar, then to a water association meeting. After that we took the back way to St. George. A beautiful 2hr. ride thru the red cliffs. We stopped by the Mt meadow massacre site. The only problem with the trip was we got to St. George around 2 p.m. And the temp was about 108. and unless you are moving the air isn't very cool on a motorcycle. So we made a couple necessary stops, and headed north. We got back to Cedar an it was 98 so not much cooler but it was an awesome day and I was thrilled to finally be out of the house.
Sunday was another beautiful day after Church it was time to just chill and watch a musical Yesterday, choice "Phantom Of The Opera". Ron had a late meeting but all and all it was a wonderful weekend. This Week will be busy trying to catch up on all I let slide last week.
