End of the Year Bar-b-que/ Lake trip

This year we combined our two big summer activities for
the youth and went to the beach at our new aquatic center
and had great fun. We barbecued hot dogs and sliders and
leaders brought salads chips and desserts so plenty to eat.
Teh youth swam and did some canoeing...
Then we broke them into groups of 5 and gave them 20
mins to construct boats with cardboard and duct tape....
Next they chose the lightest team member to man or girl the boat...
Natalie's team won... she spread out across the whole area
and was the longest one afloat... Good job and lots of fun.
And Who might this be.... dashing with a mustache...
is it Captain Neptune? Posiden?? or just a counselor in disguise???
