So this year Ron planted one row of corn every two weeks the good part is we get a bunch every two weeks we eat some ...YUM>>YUM
then I husk and de-silt the rest...
blanch by boiling 7 mins

7 mins in ice water and cut and freeze to eat this winter.
the best part is it only takes a couple hours to do it in small amounts
instead of the whole day. freeing me up to do other things also
