So because of the national quilt day Sat and all the shops to visit Karen, Dorothy , JudyR. and I decided to go North on Friday. We started at the stores in Beaver. There are two stores but one was not opened and we tried twice after the opening time. Oh, well on to Panquich. The shop there is great and Johnna Lee owner and designer is a hopeful teacher at retreat. We were lucky as she came in while we were shopping and invited us to see her Victorian home . She is redecorating it and it will be the future site for quilt retreat weekends, and week retreats. She hopes to be running by next March. It would be way fun so we will try to schedule a weekend for our little sewing circle. Anyway I got this pattern and hope to do it, Yes it is added to my hopeful projects. I don't yet have all the fabric yet. We had a late lunch and headed south.
Next we visited the shop "Sew Crazy in Parawan. This is Connie holding up the table runner kit we received for stopping by making a purchase. Then we headed home and I was totally spent, but after I laid out my purchases I decided to start my table runner.. Pat is camping for the weekend so no one to answer to its time to sew......
