alright I promised an update at the beginning of May so I'm gonna give it a shot.
so the green house was started last march and ron has it now finished and even has some things planted in it. but this is when a friend came over to dig it up for him and. Steve Carroll what a good guy.
Then Ron shoveled in some corn and manure mulch to make a good soil to plant in.
Next he hasd a few neighbors come over and put the plastic on, he added a fan and a vent and a thermostate. this is how he can ventilate and keep the green house at an even temp.
What a mind he has it all figured out.
He even added lights so he can check the progress at night
He has since added a shade clothe and a thermometer so its up and running The plan is to grow what we eat in the green house and plant every couple weeks and the garden will be for selling and freezing and canning. pretty neat set up actually. Oh, and the best part he has hooked up several drip systems one for the garden one for the green house and one for the back pasture where the potaoes and vine items are planted. Pretty sweet that i don't have to remember to water them each day . And its actually best to keep me away from the plants so they have a chance to trive and grow and produce fruit.
