It's all about the Food and Sewing

I couldn't resist this sign, what do you think ? Kinda describes our little "Traveling Sewing Diva"
pretty well. We took a trip into Aspen on Tues. Judy Stolerow was not feeling well so she stayed
at the cabin for a little quiet nap time. The rest of us decided Ice cream
sounded like a great idea.

This guy was just hangin' out reading till he got a passenger.

And the ski slope looks very serene, what a neat view...

One last shot and we're on our way back.

So it's all about the food, We each took a meal or two brought the
food needed and served it up when our turn came along.
And we ate well, all the meals were wonderful.
I personally fixed; Sausage, biscuits and gravy for one breakfast
B.L.T.'s for lunch
And a pork Roast Dinner

We all brought food so there was plenty , I tried to have my shakes for
breakfast but there was either eggs and sausage, breakfast casserole,
fruit, and cereal fixed, so that didn't work out well.
We had sandwiches and left overs for lunches. JudyR fixed
two hams for one dinner so there were lots for sandwiches.
We also had chili Rheas, And a wonderful corn beef and
cabbage dinner.
There was one counter that just was filled with snacks.
Chips, nuts, Candy of all sorts, lots of Chocolate goodies,
and oh, yeh did I mention some desserts were prepared
ahead. We sure weren't in danger of being hungry.
There was lots of Sewing done also. we brought old unfinished projects,
as well as new projects. Judy Rockwell got two quilts bound, finished up
several old projects and even started a couple.
Karen worked on a couple older projects.
Mona finished a quilt for her son who's on a misson, along
with a couple other old projects, and blocks.
Judy Stolrow worked on a littleoutfit for her newest grandson's blessing.
Also worked on lots of civil war blocks.
Dorothy helped out everyone and worked on her Hunter Star.
